CARBON DIOXIDE REUSING SYSTEM

A carbon dioxide reusing system is disclosed. The carbon dioxide reusing system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a carbon dioxide absorption tower which collects carbon dioxide from flue gas generated from a power plant by using a carbon dioxide absorber; a carbon dioxide recovery tower which takes out carbon dioxide from the carbon dioxide absorber in which the carbon dioxide is trapped; a plasma generating unit which generates an RF wave or electromagnetic wave of certain frequencies and ionizes or electrically dissociates the carbon dioxide supplied from the carbon dioxide recovery tower by using the electromagnetic wave or the RF wave in order to form a plasma; a fuel introduction unit which introduces a hydrocarbon fuel to the plasma; a carbon dioxide modifying unit which allows a reaction between the plasma and the hydrocarbon fuel and forms synthesis gas; and a synthesis gas outlet which emits the formed synthesis gas.
