The present invention provides a feedback control apparatus, a feedback apparatus and a multiuser MIMO feedback method, which are capable of fully obtaining the gain of downlink multiuser MIMO through flexible configuration of high-level signaling and reference signal on a base station side and avoiding extra overhead as much as possible. The feedback control apparatus in a multi-antenna base station is used for controlling the signal feedback to a terminal, and the apparatus comprising: a high-level link establishing unit, for sending high-level signaling via a high-level link established between the high-level link establishing unit and the terminal; a high-level signaling generating unit, for generating the high-level signaling used for designating a feedback mode of channel state information for the terminal; a receiving unit, for receiving the channel state information which is from the terminal and corresponding to the feedback mode designated by the high-level signaling; and a multiuser processing unit, for performing multiuser MIMO-related processing according to the received channel state information.
