SAFENING OF 4-AMINO-3-CHLORO-6-(4-CHLORO-2-FLUORO-3-METHOXYPHENYL)PYRIDINE-2-CARBOXYLIC ACID AND DERVIATIVES THEREOF ON CEREAL CROPS

Herbicidal injury that might otherwise be caused by 4-amino-3-chloro-6-(4-chloro-2-fluoro-3-methoxyphenyl)pyridine-2-carboxylic acid and agriculturally acceptable salt, ester, and amide derivatives thereof in cereal crops such as wheat, barley, or tame oats, is reduced by concomitant application of florasulam. The composition includes about 2:1 to about 1:2 weight ratio of the pyridine carboxylic acid and florasulam.
