<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a multipurpose smart block assembly type barrier device having excellent installation storage and water-tightness, which is composed of a groove bottom support member (100) and a smart block assembly type barrier panel module (200). Only the smart block assembly type barrier panel module is inserted into the groove bottom support member installed on a floor surface in advance in a linear shape or a curved a shape so as to form a single barrier layer or multiple barrier layers in a short time. Therefore, the barrier device can be immediately applied to roads, walkway, underground parking lots, underpasses, subway stations, underground shopping centers, lowland houses, school grounds or river circumferences where flooding occurs constantly. Further, the barrier device has good compatibility by mounting only the groove bottom support member on the floor surface of existing facilities to install the barrier device.</p> |
