<p>PURPOSE: The stator of an alternator for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve quality and vibration resistance by performing an insulation function without mechanical stress. CONSTITUTION: A bending guide(71) with a fixed height is inserted into a lamination core(62) between each wire(61). A bending process for a wire is operated by extending an insulating paper(63) to a predetermined length. The lamination core is fixed using the bending guide. The corner of the bending guide is formed into a round shape. The straight section of a bent wire is always formed smaller than the height of the bending guide. Damage due to a sharp corner is prevented in the bending process of the wire.</p> |
