PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel antibody specific to a profilaggrin C-terminal domain, a method for detecting the abnormality of a filaggrin gene using the antibody, and a kit for the detection.SOLUTION: There are provided an antibody specific to a C-terminal domain of a human profilaggrin gene, the C-terminal domain being a peptide of an amino acid sequence comprising a specific sequence or a mutant thereof, and a method for detecting the abnormality of a filaggrin gene using the antibody, and a kit for the detection. |
