Monospecific and bispecific EGFR and/or c-Met FN3 domain containing molecules, isolated nucleotides encoding the molecules, vectors, host cells, and methods of making thereof are disclosed. These Monospecific and bispecific EGFR and/or c-Met FN3 domain containing molecules are useful in the generation of therapeutic compositions for treating and diagnosing diseases and disorders including cancer.
