The present invention relates to a waterproofing and drainage device for a rooftop of a building, comprising: a blocking panel (100) in which thin polygonal panels are continuously connected and fixed; a guide water path (110) which is integrally or detachably fixed to the end of the blocking panel (100), has a plurality of drain holes (111) formed in the shape of a rectangle in the guide water path (110) so as to be connected to a drain pipe (130), and an end portion of which is curled in the shape of a semicircle or an oval and open at the upper side thereof so as to have a rectangular length portion; a plurality of supporting columns (120) which are integrally or detachably fixed to the lower side of the blocking panel (100) by using a bolt and a nut, and which are attached to a wall surface (11) of a rooftop handrail; and one or more drain pipes (130) which are connected to the drain holes (111) and guide rainwater which is guided through the guide water path (110) so as to drain the rainwater through a storm sewer (30) which is constructed at one side of the rooftop, wherein the blocking panel (100) is provided at a distance of at least 10 to 50 cm from the upper end of the wall surface (11) of the rooftop handrail. |
