Disclosed are a crane hook deviation angle detection apparatus and a crane having the apparatus. A sectional component (5) is serial-connected either between a movable pulley (1) of a lifting pulley set of the crane and a hook (2) or between a fixed pulley (3) and a fixing point (4) of the lifting pulley set. Also, when the hook deviation angle is at 0 degrees and the surface of a platform fixedly arranged on the sectional component (5) is on the horizontal plane, satisfied is that the line of action of a lifting force of the lifting pulley set that runs through the hook (2) in different hook deviation angles is kept perpendicular to the surface of the platform fixedly arranged on the sectional component (5). An angle measuring instrument is arranged on the surface of the platform to detect the hook deviation angle, to reproduce same on a screen of an operating room via wireless transmission, and to provide in real-time the direction of the hook deviation angle and the number of degrees of the deviation angle to prevent inclined lifting, to control hook deviation, and to implement vertical lifting for the crane. |
