PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of producing a strengthened glass plate having a bent part in high accuracy of form.SOLUTION: A strengthened glass plate 1 having a planar part 11 and bent parts 12a, 13a connected to the planar part 11 is produced. A reinforcement step and a deformation step are performed. In the reinforcement step, a glass plate is chemically strengthened to obtain a strengthened glass flat plate 50. In the deformation step, the strengthened glass flat plate 50 is heated and deformed, to thereby obtain the strengthened glass plate 1 having the planar part 11 and the bent parts 12a, 13a.
