<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for preventing a management target such as an electronic apparatus or equipment provided in an entry-managed facility from being illegally used.SOLUTION: A management system manages the use of a management target installed in a facility by using an information storage medium that a user carries. An entry management device is provided in the vicinity of an entrance to the facility and when the user enters the facility, use permission information permitting the use of the management target is stored on the information storage medium. Inside the facility, the use management device is provided for each management target and on the basis of the use permission information stored on the information storage medium, it is controlled whether or not the management target is available. Furthermore, the use management device stores use information indicating that the management target is used on the information storage medium. Moreover, a leaving management device is provided in the vicinity of an exit of the facility, and leaving of the user is managed on the basis of the use information stored on the information storage medium.</p> |
