摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control method in which a temperature can be controlled to quickly reach a target temperature and thereafter can be stabilized around the target temperature.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a temperature control method which is applied to a nucleic acid examination apparatus in which hunching can be suppressed for quick temperature stabilization by controlling an operation amount of a heat source so that a temperature variation amount of a temperature regulating block (the temperature(°C) in the present cycle - the temperature (°C)) in the previous cycle) becomes "nothing" from "large" according to the timing when a temperature of the temperature regulating block reaches a target temperature. The present invention also relates to the nucleic acid examination apparatus to which the temperature control method is applied.
