PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body side part structure capable of dispersing an impact load input from a vehicle body side to a portion separated from a rear wheel house to the rear wheel house side.SOLUTION: A vehicle body side structure 10 includes a house reinforcement member 28 fitted to a front upper part 71b of an inner wheel house 71. The house reinforcement member 28 has: a front connection part 74 connected to a flange 71a of the inner wheel house 71; a panel part 75 extended in an inclined shape from the front connection part 74; and a rear connection part 76 connected to a rear bulkhead 25. A rear end part 68b of a door beam 68 is provided at a vehicle width direction outer side of a striker 82. The rear end part 68b of the door beam 68, the striker 82 and the front connection part 74 are provided so as to overlap from a vehicle exterior 35 side toward the vehicle width direction inner side.
