<p>The present invention relates to a tidal power generation apparatus which not only is relatively simple without the need for a dam or barrage and can increase the efficiency of power generation, but also can minimize changes to an ecosystem in accordance with environment-friendly standards. As such, the present invention comprises: a tide influx frame having a water passage formed toward the direction of tide influx and having tide guide surfaces formed respectively in the front and the back of the water passage so as to be diagonally symmetrical with respect to the central part thereof; a water turbine comprising a rotary shaft which is rotatably and vertically erected in the central part of the tide influx frame, a rotating body which has multiple locking protrusions formed at equal intervals on the outer surface thereof and is provided with an upper plate and a lower plate respectively at the top and bottom thereof and is fixed to the rotary shaft, and multiple first opening/closing doors which are rounded in the opposite direction of the tide influx so as to act as resistance to tides and are rotatably mounted between the edges of the upper and lower plates in a manner that the rotation thereof is restricted by the respective locking protrusions; and a power generation module which is connected to the top part of the rotary shaft withdrawn upwardly from the central part of the upper plate so as to allow power transmission and generates electric power by means of the rotational force of the rotary shaft.</p> |
