<p>A pressure-sensitive touch panel device equipped with: a display panel (20) that displays images; a touch panel unit (10); a mode-switching unit (45); a simple detection unit (31); and a fine detection unit (32). The mode-switching unit switches between a flick input mode and a handwriting input mode. The simple detection unit detects a voltage value for a first prescribed number of times in order to detect the touch position on the touch panel unit in the flick input mode. The fine detection unit detects a voltage value for a second prescribed number of times greater than the first prescribed number of times in order to detect a touch position in the handwriting input mode.</p> |
