PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate, both quantitatively and easily, the mixing dispersibility of multiple types of aromatic epoxy resins within a resin mixture.SOLUTION: First, multiple measurement samples are obtained by collecting, from multiple sites within a resin mixture obtained by mixing multiple types of aromatic epoxy resins, some of the resin mixture. Multiple peaks derived from functional groups common among the multiple measurement samples are selected from among spectra obtained respectively by spectroscopically analyzing the multiple measurement samples, and absorbance ratios are calculated by standardizing, with reference to absorbances of specified peaks, the respective absorbances of the multiple selected peaks. Next, standard deviations of the absorbance ratios among the measurement samples specific respectively to the multiple selected peaks are calculated. The dispersibility of the aromatic epoxy resins is evaluated by comparing, with a threshold set in advance, the maximal value of the standard deviations thus ascertained. |
