PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus that allows an external apparatus to obtain data in an IC card without requiring a separate special procedure, and that achieves a simpler configuration of the IC card itself and cost reduction.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus wirelessly receives updating data from a reader/writer RW, executes processing using the received updating data before an elapse of a predetermined threshold time since a reception timing when the received updating data is received, so as to generate display data, and wirelessly transmits the display data to a display terminal DP before the elapse of the predetermined threshold time since the reception timing.
