The present invention relates to a packing case of a portable terminal protective cover, suitable for a diversified small-quantity production, functioning as a holder of a portable terminal, and having a new structure. According to the present invention, the packing case of a terminal cover includes: a case main body (10) having storing grooves (12) for storing a protective cover (4) of a portable terminal (2); and a transparent cover (20) coupled to the case main body (10) to cover the storage grooves (12).
