<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular pharmaceutical composition which produces granules hardly adhering to the inside of a device during granulation, is prevented from caking and is suitable for pharmaceuticals.SOLUTION: The granular pharmaceutical composition is prepared by: heating and melting one or more waxy substances (B) selected from the group consisting of hardened oil, vegetable or animal fat and oil, higher alcohol, polyethylene glycol, higher fatty acid, glycerine fatty acid ester and sucrose fatty acid ester; dispersing or dissolving (A) clopidogrel sulfate and (C) synthetic aluminum silicate, and/or hydrous silicon dioxide in the melted waxy substances; then, spray-granulating the dispersion liquid or solution; and forming particles of the waxy substance with particle size of 50-200μm in which (A) clopidogrel sulfate is dispersed.</p> |
