<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble carotenoid-binding protein and a production method thereof produced by microalgae which is eukaryotic organisms.SOLUTION: The production method of water-soluble carotenoid-binding protein produced by microalgae which is eukaryotic organisms comprises a cultivation process which performs cultivation while giving stress to the water-soluble carotenoid-binding protein produced by microalgae which is eukaryotic organisms and the microalgae, an extraction process which extracts the water-soluble carotenoid-binding protein, produced by the microalgae with the cultivation process, from the microalgae, and the purification process which purifies an extract obtained by the extraction process.</p> |
