<p>An organic EL device comprising: a substrate; a positive electrode disposed on the substrate; a functional layer including a light-emitting layer, the functional layer disposed on the positive electrode; an electron transport layer comprising a material containing an organic compound, the electron transport layer disposed on the functional layer; and a translucent negative electrode disposed on the electron transport layer in a manner contacting the electron transport layer. The electron transport layer is adjusted such that permittivity is 2-10 under measuring conditions in which 1 MHz of AC voltage is applied.</p> |
