The present invention relates to a composition containing a Chaenomeles sinensis callus extract for external application to skin and, more specifically, to a composition for external application to skin which contains a Chaenomeles sinensis callus extract for skin improvement and a method for producing the same. The composition for external application to skin according to the present invention contains the Chaenomeles sinensis callus extract which is a plant culture extract so as to has no skin cell toxicity and have excellent effects such as skin whitening, skin stimuli alleviation, and skin suppression, thereby the composition for external application to skin can be utilized to improve the skin. |
