The present invention relates to a semiconductor device inputting/outputting a signal through a plurality of lines, a semiconductor system including the same and an operation method of the same. The semiconductor system includes first and second semiconductor devices connected through adjacent first and third lines and inputting/outputting an arbitrary signal between the lines. The first semiconductor device simultaneously transmits a first internal clock through first and second lines in a first operating period, respectively transmits the first internal clock and a clock that a phase of the first internal clock is reversed through the first and second lines in a second operating period, and adjusts transmission driving force of the first line in response to a signal received through the third line. The second semiconductor device synchronizes the second internal clock with the first internal clock received through the first line, locks the second internal clock in the first operating period, and transmits a measured result of a phase difference of the locked second internal clock and the first internal clock received through the first line through the third line in the second operating period.
