<p>The present invention relates to anode materials for a secondary battery and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of anode materials for a secondary battery comprises the following: a) a step of preparing graphite powder having an average diameter of 10-20μm; b) a step of growing SiC whiskers having a diameter of 10 nm to 2μm and a length of 100 nm to 30μm through the chemical vapor deposition on the surface of graphite powder; and c) a step of adsorbing Si nano-particles having a diameter of 1-500 nm on the surface of graphite powder and the surface of SiC whiskers through the chemical vapor deposition. The manufacturing method of anode materials for a secondary battery has effects of increasing the Si weight in the same volume and increasing the capacity by increasing the surface area by growing SiC whiskers on the surface of graphite powder, and adsorbing Si nano-particles on the surface of graphite powder and the surface of SiC whiskers.</p> |
