The present invention relates to a pipe coupler easily connecting pipes to improve constructability and comprises: a tubular socket having a hanging protrusion inside, and having pipes inserted and coupled with each other; an O-ring installed in the hanging protrusion and coupled with the outer side of the pipe inserted into the socket; a grab ring having a plurality of elastic plates installed on the end of the socket and arranged to be inclined to the front along the direction of the pipe being inserted; an incline maintaining member combined with the outer side of the socket while the pipe is inserted in the socket to prevent the separation of the O-ring while maintaining the inclined state of the elastic plates, so as to easily join the pipes using the grab ring when the pipes are coupled; and to improve constructability while enabling the firm connection of the pipes to improve water tightness.
