In an imaging device including a plurality of pixels, the pixel includes a photoelectric conversion part formed on a semiconductor substrate and a metallic member formed between the semiconductor substrate and a wiring layer installed on the semiconductor substrate. A portion of the metallic member is formed as a light shielding member that partially blocks light which is radiated onto the photoelectric conversion part.
