LIGHT-TRANSMITTING CONDUCTIVE FILM, PRODUCTION METHOD OF THE SAME AND USE OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a balance among (1) index matching, (2) chemical resistance and (3) etching property.SOLUTION: A light-transmitting conductive film is provided, comprising (A) a light-transmitting support layer, (B) an optical adjustment layer, (C) a light-transmitting conductive layer containing indium tin oxide, and (D) an undercoat layer. The optical adjustment layer (B) contains zirconia and has a thickness of 0.4 to 3μm. In XRD (X-ray diffraction) measurement by a thin film process of the light-transmitting conductive film, a ratio of the peak near 2θ=28° derived from the zirconia to the peak of a (222) plane derived from the indium tin oxide is 0.1 to 1.0.
