a supply canister adapted to contain the liquid; a canister cap attached to the supply canister; a wand having a proximal end and a distal end, the proximal end pivotably attached to the canister cap; an actuator adapted to release the liquid in the supply canister; and a tube at least partially housed in the wand, to carry the liquid to at the distal end of the wand.
