The store mobile cloud application system for executing a retail store purchasing system has plurality of barcode scanners and scan guns integrated with a mobile tablet device carried by employees. The mobile tablet device is rotatably attached to a base housing directly below it connected by a base mount universal receiver with rotatable coupling. The Main PCB has an EEPROM controlling operations of the USB devices including the scanner and an MSR. The mobile tablet device has mobile applications which allows wireless communication with a POS store systems server and the corporate ERP system and also commands the EEPROM. A customer's purchase of a product requires an employee to scan a product by activating a gun trigger/button of the mobile scanner system. This scanned data is received by the mobile tablet device through the USB port and is sent wirelessly to the POS store systems server to obtain product data concerning product description, price, inventory positions, coupons and promotions and customer loyalty data. When the customer decides to purchase a product, the sales person enters the primary screen of the StoreMS Mobile application on the mobile tablet device and tenders out the sale, including the swiping of a customer payment card through the MSR. If applicable, the sales person enters customer data, stored on the POS store systems server and the ERP system including the customer's e-mail address and processes the sale. The receipt can be sent by email to the customer and / or printed at the store. The allocation of inventory sold, but not available in the store, are processed real-time through the corporate ERP system and available for review chain-wide. Advantageously, the system provides for a friendly, informative, efficient and effortless product transaction directly at the point-of-sale. |
