摘要 According to the present invention, a second heat demand unit (130) has a return path (142), for returning a heat medium (101) on the side of the exit (Y) of a second indoor air-heat medium heat exchanger (131) to the side of the entrance (X), formed so as to branch from a branch channel (152); and a return path pump (143), in which the rotation speed can be changed, provided on the return path (142); allowing the heat medium (101) having a desired second temperature, which is lower than a first temperature when warm heat is supplied from the heat supply unit (400) and higher than the first temperature when cold heat is supplied from the heat supply unit (400), to be supplied to the side of the entrance (X) of the second indoor air-heat medium heat exchanger (131). The flow rate of the heat medium (101) in the return path (142) is manipulated by changing the rotation speed of the return path pump (143), whereby the heat medium (101) supplied to the second heat demand unit (130) is controlled so as to be maintained at the second temperature.
