NEW FERTILIZER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF

Provided is a new type of fertilizer comprising biomass power plant ash and a binding agent. The biomass power plant ash is obtained from the combustion of chicken manure, rice husk, bamboo and fuel wood. The relative mass ratios of said chicken manure, rice husk, bamboo and fuel wood are in the range of 30-50 : 10-40 : 2-20 : 10-30. The relative mass ratios of said biomass power plant ash and said binding agent are in the range of 300-990 : 10-30. Also provided is a production method for the present new fertilizer, comprising the following steps: biomass power plant ash and binding agent are placed in a granulator in a relative mass ratio of 300-990 : 10-30; water is added and the mixture is stirred to an even consistency; the product is then dried, crushed, dedusted and cooled to obtain a granular new fertilizer. The new fertilizer of the present invention has the advantages of deriving from fields and being used on fields, of not upsetting soil element balance, of not introducing hormones or pathogenic bacteria, of providing long-term fertilizing effects and causing no environmental pollution. The present fertilizer also has a sustained release effect, releasing nutrients more rapidly than do organic fertilizers.
