<p>The present invention relates to a shoe (100) for a swash plate compressor and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the shoe (100) comprises: a curved part (110) formed to be convexly curved in a direction to touch a piston; a bottom part (120) touching a swash plate; and an outer circumferential part (130) connecting the bottom part (120) and the curved part (110), and formed to be convexly curved, wherein the bottom part (120) has multiple concave grooves (121) partitioning the same and extended from the central portion thereof to the edge thereof. According to the present invention, the lubrication performance of the shoe can be improved when the shoe mounted in the swash plate compressor is actuated; the fluidity of a material for the shoe can be improved when the shoe is formed so that the surface roughness of the shoe can be improved; the shape of the shoe can be circularly maintained; an uneven wear is not generated in a mold for the shoe so that the service life of the mold can be extended; and shape errors between the design shape of the shoe and the shape of the formed shoe are reduced so that the shoe can be manufactured as designed.</p> |
