PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the moment of inertia of a flywheel without weight increase of the flywheel and the whole body of an apparatus or output increase of a motor and reduce windage loss of the flywheel.SOLUTION: A hoisted object slewing apparatus 10 includes a flywheel 20, a rotation motor for 50 rotating the flywheel 20 and a tilting motor 64 for tilting the flywheel 20, slews a hoisted object hoisted with a hanging material by utilizing a gyro effect produced when the flywheel 20 rotated by the rotation motor is tilted by the tilting motor 64 and is provided with a flywheel cover 30 housing the flywheel 20. Both sides of the flywheel 20 have a concavoconvex shape in which the inner peripheral part 22 is dented to the outer peripheral part 21, and both sides of the flywheel cover 30 has a concavoconvex shape along the irregularity of the flywheel 20. |
