<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an envelope for a microwave power element capable of improving heat dissipation, the microwave power element, and a method for producing them.SOLUTION: An envelope 2 for a microwave power element includes: a ceramic frame 12 with a lead; and a metal base plate 13 consisting of one kind of Cu, Cu-diamond composite material and Al-diamond composite material. The ceramic frame 12 with the lead is airtightly joined to the metal base plate 13 with low temperature sinterable metal particles.</p> |
