<p>Disclosed is a road junction provided with signals, traffic lights and road traffic markings, wherein the double solid line or central reservation at the centre of the junction are arranged off-centre, forming a junction with many exit lanes (5-9) and few entrance lanes (1-4); stop lines (13, 24-25) are newly provided at a certain distance from junction stop lines (23) on the entrance lanes (1-4); an exit (18) is provided at the back end thereof and a boundary line of a carriageway between two exit lanes (7-8) is replaced with a double solid line or a central reservation; at a side thereof, at least one exit lane (8-9) remains, lanes between the other side thereof near the entrance lanes (1-4) and the entrance lanes (1-4) all act as dual-function lanes; and during the period of each signal cycle, the dual-function lanes serve as lanes for travel in different directions. The road junction fully uses the original amount of space and effectively increases the traffic flow efficiency of the junction.</p> |
