The present invention relates to a connection structure between a building column and a building beam, wherein the connection structure comprises a column structure and beam structures adjacently positioned to be respectively separated from both left and right side of the upper side thereof. According to the present invention, the column structure shaped into a vertically erected concrete column includes: a left and a right column connection plate respectively erected in the left and the right direction thereof and installed to protrude from the respective upper centers of both left and right side thereof to the outside; and multiple column connection reinforcing bars respectively and horizontally positioned in the left and the right direction thereof, buried in both front and rear side of installation portions for the left and the right column connection plate up and down at regular distances, and having both left and right ends protruding to the outside, and the beam structure formed into a horizontally laid column includes: a left and a right side steel plate respectively erected in the front and the rear direction thereof and integrally installed to be fixed to both left and right side thereof; beam connection plates respectively erected in the left and the right direction thereof and welded to protrude from the centers of the outer surfaces of the left and the right side steel plate; and multiple beam connection reinforcing bars respectively and horizontally positioned in the left and the right direction thereof and welded to both front and rear side of the outer surfaces of the left and the right side steel plate up and down at regular distances. According to the present invention, the beam connection plates are linearly and adjacently positioned at the left and the right side of the column connection plate, connection mounting plates touching the respective front and rear surfaces of the column connection plate and the beam connection plates are assembled to be connected to the front and rear surfaces of the column connection plate and the beam connection plates, and the column connection reinforcing bars connected to the beam connection reinforcing bars by couplers or welded to the beam connection reinforcing bars after adjacently overlapped with the respective beam connection reinforcing plates are constructed to be integrally connected to the beam connection reinforcing plates.
