DC-DC CONVERTER WITH MULTI-OUTPUT USING SWITCHED CAPACITOR

A multi-output DC-DC converter using a switched capacitor is disclosed. The disclosed multi-output DC-DC converter using the switched capacitor comprises: a control signal generation part for generating a switching control signal to make multiple output voltages correspond to reference voltage levels, respectively; and an output part for outputting an input voltage to a plurality of output terminals based on the switching control signal, wherein the output part includes N (N is a natural number equal to or greater than 2) switched capacitor cells sharing the output terminals, and each of the N switched capacitor cells includes a common capacitor charging and discharging the input voltage; and a plurality of switch rows for performing a switching operation to charge the input voltage into the common capacitor and outputting the charged voltage to the output terminals. The present invention has advantages of making high efficient multi-output possible and additionally, efficiently reducing ripples of the output voltages.
