<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a spangle film using a mold for spangle transfer which comprises: a step of manufacturing a retroreflective source film; a step of manufacturing a spangle source film; a step of manufacturing a tube for plating in the shape of a cylinder; a step of forming the mold for spangle transfer; a step of removing the tube for plating from the mold for spangle transfer; a step of applying a primer on one surface of the film; a step of coating the mold for spangle transfer with a UV resin; a step of attaching the surface on which the primer is applied to the mold for spangle transfer coated with the UV resin; curing the UV resin to form a spangle pattern of the mold for spangle transfer by irradiating a UV ray on the UV resin; and separating the spangle film from the mold for spangle transfer to manufacture the spangle film.</p> |
