摘要 The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a fuel cell stack. The manufacturing method of a fuel cell stack of the present invention comprises a step of forming a first electrolyte layer to form an uneven part by melting down a part of an electrolyte material to pores of a porous supporter on the surface of the porous supporter; a step of removing the porous supporter formed on one side of the first electrolyte layer by etching; a step of forming a first catalyst layer on one side of the first electrolyte layer; and a step of forming a second catalyst layer on the other side of the first electrolyte layer, wherein at least one catalyst layer between the first and second catalyst layers is formed to increase a three phase boundary (TPB) on the interface with the uneven part of the first electrolyte layer. According to the present invention, the reaction area, i.e., the TPB between the electrolyte layer having the uneven part formed by melting down the electrolyte material in the manufacturing process, and the electrode interface is increased, so that the activation loss is reduced, and, therefore, the performance of the fuel cell is enhanced.
