Provided is a method of repairing a substrate capable of preventing corrosion of a metal layer. First, a substrate including a metal layer and an insulation layer on the metal layer is provided. Next, a part of the metal layer is selectively removed by irradiating a laser beam of a wavelength range having high transmittance to the insulation layer. Further, after the part of the metal layer and a part of the insulation layer are removed by irradiating a first laser beam thereto, an exposed side of the insulation layer is selectively melted by irradiating a second layer beam thereto to form a corrosion prevention layer covering the metal layer. |
