The first and second converging portions are formed on the first optical surface and face the reflecting surface. The third converging portions correspond to the first converging portions, and the fourth converging portions correspond to the second converging portions. The reflecting surface is configured for reflecting light beams from the first converging portions toward the corresponding third converging portions, and for reflecting light beams from the fourth converging portions toward the corresponding second converging portions.
