The present invention relates to a plasma welding device for bonding a guide tube and a guide tube cap of a nuclear fuel assembly. The device comprises a welding chamber (100) having a cap insertion unit (110) in which a cap (10) is inserted and fixed, a guide tube insertion unit (120) which is disposed on the same axis of the cap insertion unit (110) and in which a guide tube (20) is inserted and fixed, a torch assembly unit (130) in which a plasma welding torch is assembled to be perpendicular to the cap insertion unit (110) and the guide tube insertion unit (120), and an argon access port (141, 142) in which argon is supplied and discharged; a cap transfer unit (210) which supplies the cap (10) to the cap fixing unit (110); and a guide tube transfer unit (220) which transfers the guide tube (20) to the guide tube insertion unit (120). Therefore, the device can increase the productivity and satisfy the integrity of a frame of a welding part or a tensile test and a corrosion test without a separate vacuum device by performing welding inside the welding chamber under an atmosphere of argon, not in a vacuum, to prevent oxidation during welding.
