The cantilever plate connection element (1) has an insulating body (4) arranged in built-in condition between a cover- or base plate (2) and the cantilevered plate, a tension rod (5) penetrating the insulating body and a rod (6) for receiving of pressure- and shear forces. The tension rod runs in its section in the area of the insulating body and the rod for receiving of pressure- and shear forces runs in its section in the area of the insulating body in a direction different from the horizontal in a built-in condition.
