Disclosed are a device and a method for monitoring a bio signal with low power. A method for monitoring a bio signal with low power includes a step of measuring a bio signal and a reference signal, a step of determining the signal condition of the bio signal from the reference signal, and a step of analyzing resource depletion according to the signal condition of the bio signal by using a method of minimizing the resource depletion.
