PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the appearance of an intermediate part between a seat cushion and a vehicular floor, and its design properties while preventing an occupant from getting hurt with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A lifting mechanism Lf is provided which moves an upper frame 5 up and down with respect to a lower frame 7. The upper frame 5 moves up and down with respect to the lower frame 7 while moving in a vehicle longitudinal direction by means of turning movement of a front link 9a and a rear link 9b which are synchronized with each other in the vehicle longitudinal direction. The lower frame 7 includes a lower side frame 71 which extends in the vehicle longitudinal direction. The lower side frame 71 has a sliding member 6 which is attached thereto slidably in the vehicle longitudinal direction. The upper end side of a flexible cover member 8 is each attached to the lower end sides of both the sides of the seat cushion 3 in the vehicle width direction. The lower end side of the flexible cover member 8 is attached to the sliding member 6. The cover member extends with the upper frame 5 lifted while being folded with the upper frame 5 lowered.
