The present invention relates to a portable complex machining apparatus. The portable complex machining apparatus includes a rotating unit (10); a pair of base frame units (20) arranged on both ends of the rotating unit (10); a driving unit (30) arranged on the base frame unit (20) and including a pair of drive motors (32); a boring unit (40) arranged on the rotating unit (10); and a transfer unit (60) configured to move the boring unit (40) along a longitudinal direction of the rotating unit (10). Accordingly, a boring work can be easily performed by stably rotating the rotating unit.
