The present invention relates to a heating apparatus for a cylinder using high frequency induction heating which maximizes precise temperature control and energy efficiency by minimizing an interference phenomenon between adjacent segments by synchronizing the phases of high frequency output of heating blocks independently heating and controlling multiple sections. The heating apparatus comprises multiple heating blocks installed on the outer peripheral of a cylinder. Each heating block includes each control means controlling the same, an induction coil and a temperature sensor sensing the temperature of a corresponding heating block. The control means includes an inverter part driving the induction coil, a switching signal output part outputting a switching signal with a switching device of the inverter part and an output control part outputting a switching control signal to the switching signal output part so that the temperature of the corresponding heating block detected through the temperature sensor is maintained at predetermined temperature. In the control means, an output control part of a first control means includes a synchronization signal output part which generates a synchronization signal synchronized to the switching control signal outputted to the switching signal output part and transmits the synchronization signal outputted from the output control part by signal-treating the synchronization signal. Another control means except for the first control means includes a synchronization signal input part inputting the synchronization signal transmitted from the synchronization signal output part of the first control part to a corresponding output control part by receiving the synchronization signal. Each output control part outputs a switching control signal by synchronizing the synchronization signal inputted from the synchronization signal input part. |
