A vacuum latent heat type hot and cold water supplying apparatus includes: a cylindrical vacuum tube case which has an upper plane combined to an upper heat insulation cap, and a lower plane combined to a lower heat insulation cap, and forms a fixed internal space, as being penetrated up and down; a thermoelectric element which is installed on the upper plane of the vacuum tube case, and supplies a cooling or heating heat source; a circular outer upper housing cap formed on the lower plane of the upper heat insulation cap and an inner upper housing cap combined to the outer upper housing cap in a body; a heat transfer heat pipe for transferring heat source as standing vertically by being inserted to the center part of the lower plane of the inner upper housing cap; a spin structure which is wound around the heat transfer heat pipe spirally in a spring type under the state that the heat transfer heat pipe is inserted into the center part; a cylindrical heat transfer housing having an empty inside in order for the spin structure to be inserted into the inside by being formed with a diameter larger than that of the spin structure; a spin transportation pipe which wound around the heat transfer housing spirally under the state that the heat transfer housing is inserted into the center part on the path where the fluid flows; a cylindrical inner tank which is formed with a diameter larger than that of the spin transportation pipe, and has an empty inside in order for the spin transportation pipe to be inserted into the inside; and a water input pipe conduit which is formed by inserting a circular pipe penetrating one side of the lower plane of the spin transportation pipe and one side of the lower heat insulation cap, and one side of the outer lower housing cap combined to the upper plane of the lower heat insulation cap. |
