The box (10) has an inner ceiling wall (13), an inner base (20) and an inner side wall (21) limiting an inner chamber (23), and an air inlet opening (9) through which air i.e. fresh air, flows into the inner chamber. The air is discharged from the inner chamber. A water overflow aperture (17) discharges water from the inner chamber. The box is formed as a heat exchanger. A heat exchanger element transfers thermal energy of exhaust air into the inner chamber. A suction line (8), an outer base (26) and an outer side wall (27) conducts exhaust air to the heat exchanger element.
