<p>The magnetron according to the present invention includes an anode portion 1, a cathode portion 2 arranged in a central portion of the anode portion 1, an output antenna 4 connected to the anode portion 1, an exhaust pipe 33 arranged around the output antenna 4 to serve as a part of a vacuum tube, and an antenna cap 34 covering a chip-off portion 33a included in the exhaust pipe 33.
